Indigenous juveniles and young people in the criminal justice system

On the first of February 2010, the Australian Children’s Commissioners and Guardians made a submission to the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs inquiry into the high levels of involvement of Indigenous juveniles and young people in the criminal justice system.
